Abbotsford Ranchers

Ranchers are most often depicted as one story homes with a casual and open lay out. Most Ranchers are built on concrete slabs though some are built with basements or crawl spaces for extra storage. Abbotsfords, along with many Fraser Valley Ranchers built between the 1950’s and 1600’s average approximately 1,100 - 1,300 square feet. Though Ranchers built in later years are typically larger with attached garages, large windows in the front and low pitched roofs.
